I had a wonderful experience staying at ELSA Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the location made our time in Paris even more enjoyable.
A very special thank you to **Tamanna at the front desk**! She was absolutely amazing—professional, kind, patient, helpful, and always welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and assisted us whenever we needed help. Her warm personality and excellent customer service truly made a difference during our stay.
