Clean, central, and welcoming

I wish to send this review to express my deepest gratitude for the stay I just had at Hotel Fred.
In particular, I would like to point out and give special praise to Ms. Milena at the reception.
We arrived at the hotel after a terrible and completely uncomfortable experience at a nearby facility. Ms. Milena welcomed us with enormous empathy and, demonstrating an extraordinary ability for problem solving, she went out of her way in every way – even coordinating various moves of other guests – to manage to find us a room for the disabled suitable for our needs.
Compliments to everyone, impeccable cleaning thanks to Ms. Mimosaz. Super courteous staff in the breakfast room.

Great stay, friendly staff, air conditioned and clean room! We had a great stay and it’s conveniently located close to the train station and a grocery store. The neighbourhood was quieter and felt safe. We would stay again! :)

Pros: Great location, comfortable beds, beautiful views, friendly staff, elevator, close to metro, clean, quiet
Cons: difficult to adjust room temperature, shower set up is strange with only a small glass partition and water gets all over bathroom

Disappointing, not clean, wouldn’t stay again.

The pictures online weren’t the reality of my stay. The room was tiny and dark. It felt like no one had stayed in there for a long time, it was dusty.
It wasn’t very clean. Splash marks on the toilet wall, a dead bug in the sink, marks on the bed sheets. There was already water sat in the coffee maker (god knows when from) and bottled tap water covered in dust.
The bed was two single beds pushed together, it was sort of slanted so I kept rolling into the dip in the middle of the bed.
It was a very small room.
On the plus side, the shower worked well.
