Thank you for staying with us.
We noted your feedback. Indeed, our latest Executive room display less storage space for more guestroom space. The bar is indeed on the ground floor, on the right handside when you enter the property.
Best regards,
The Noailles Team

Paris
Room very clean and well appointed with a wonderfully comfortable bed geeat shower and sound proof walls
Decent little cafes locally for an unwind beer or reviving coffee. Metro station Quatre Setembre 2 minute walk. . Extremely helpful staff who attend the reception and who made our stay relaxed.
Can't comment on food because I booked room only.
If we visited Paris agaim would I be happy to stay here again?

The hotel is tucked away in a side street close to Opera with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants near by. Good transport links to the metro and bus. Also walkable to major sites sites like the Louvre, Notre Dame, Left Bank.
Room was a good size for two and the bathroom had everything you needed.
We really liked this hotel and will definitely return when we go back to Paris.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Unsafe, Unhygienic, Disrespectful Staff & Refund Still Missing
The elevator was also in very poor condition and highly concerning, as it was used both by guests and for transporting garbage, which is completely unacceptable in a hotel of this standard.
The breakfast experience was equally disturbing. The coffee machine was not functioning, and the cups had a strong unpleasant smell, making them unusable. I also observed serious hygiene concerns, as the same elevator used for waste transportation appeared to be used by staff during service operations. Furthermore, I saw staff handling and preparing food, including cutting fruit, without wearing gloves, which is highly unhygienic.
Additionally, we were unable to sleep due to constant noise from the room above us, which made the stay even more unbearable.
I also had a very serious incident with one staff member who behaved in a rude and aggressive manner, spoke disrespectfully, and threw the room key towards us in front of other guests. Despite the seriousness of this incident, the hotel never even attempted to apologize or properly address what happened.
To make matters worse, the hotel charged a deposit from my card which has still not been refunded despite multiple complaints and providing official bank proof. I spent nearly $3000 on this stay, and honestly it felt like throwing money in the trash. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

We take all reviews seriously and have thoroughly reviewed the details of your stay during your time with us and following your departure.
We are sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it is important to address several points raised in your review with full transparency, as we believe in providing accurate information to all our guests.
First and foremost, it is important to note that prior to your arrival, you had already requested a refund to your online booking agency for the stay in a different country and hotel, and made the same request to us, this seems to be a repeating pattern, as to create situations that would (from your point of view) entitle you to a refund for a stay and room you have selected.
Regarding the room and facilities: Any reported issue during a stay was addressed promptly, we offered complimentary dry cleaning service to mitigate the technical issue which was fixed within the hour.
Regarding the elevator: we only have one, this is Paris and while buildings are old we ensure our waste management is made with the least inconvenience to guests.
Regarding breakfast and food hygiene: our kitchen operates in full compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. Our staff follow established food handling procedures at all times and hands can be washed, which is the basis for food hygiene.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principle does not require the usage of gloves in food handling (this may be true in certain countries).
Regarding the staff incident: we are committed to maintaining a respectful environment for both our guests and our team. We investigated all conduct concerns internally and thoroughly. At the same time, we also expect guests to engage with our staff with courtesy and respect, which was not the case in this interaction and this was confirmed by other guests present at the time.
Regarding the deposit: all deposit refunds have been processed in accordance with our standard policy and applicable banking timelines. If there is a pending matter, we invite you to contact your banking establishment as we have provided evidence of the release of your deposit on the day of your check out.
We regret that your stay did not leave you with a positive impression. We remain committed to the comfort and safety of all our guests, and we believe this response provides the clarity you were seeking.
Kind regards,
Justine C.

Fine, but not great
Breakfast I haven't tried, but it's expensive (24 € or 12 € with hot drink, croissants and juice). Nearby there are several boulangeries or bars that serve it at much lower prices.
The rooms are small, the bathroom has a bidet, but is separated from the room with an opaque glass, if used at night it illuminates the room and is not soundproof. In the bathroom there are no support spaces.
Mini bar, TV and Nespresso for coffee. Everything clean, anyway. Friendly staff, ask deposit of 100€ with card on arrival.
High price for a hotel like this, because it is not a 4 star. But Paris is quite expensive, so you can accept it.

We have well noted your feedback and thank you for it.
We hereby confirm that we are indeed a four star hotel rates by the national agency in charge of hotel ratings. We do yield our rates, which vary with occupancy and seasonality (demand and events in the city). Nevertheless, we are happy you still appreciated the cleanliness of your room and amenities along with the location and the staff's welcome.
Best regards,
The Noailles Team
