This hotel property was immaculate. Practically it is impossible to find a flaw. Room, bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Appliances were all in perfectly working condition.
Staying in this property felt like being guests of the property owner. Entrance, front desk, lobby area and ... all were decorated with artwork, pictures, and bookshelves (filled with books), as if it is study room of a chateau.

The highlight of our stay was Henri at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. He helped us with our accommodations, train tickets, restaurant reservations, and every other request with efficiency and genuine kindness.
Henri's professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail exemplify outstanding hospitality. He made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Without a doubt, he was the best part of our experience at the hotel. Thank you, Henri, for making our visit so memorable!

A real horror!

Horrible hotel, old, with no structure! Air conditioning did not work, we changed room and the other room tbem did not work! Wi-Fi didn't work, bad staff, old structure and bad smell. This hotel could never have had a 5-star rating!

The breakfast was amazing and the property was very interesting with a lot of family history. The location was excellent for eating and shopping. We felt very safe and welcomed as if you were staying with a family.
