Diabolical
DO NOT STAY HERE!!
We recently stayed at this hotel as a family with two young children and unfortunately had a terrible experience from start to finish.
On arrival, the fridge in our room had not been cleaned and still contained items from a previous guest, which immediately raised hygiene concerns and lack of care / commitment.
We specifically booked this room because it included a bath for our children, however no bath plug was provided during the entire stay, making it unusable. We were told to use the shower instead, but the bath then became blocked during normal use.
In addition to this, the air conditioning did not work properly and failed to cool the room, even after a technician attended.
All issues were reported during our stay, but were not properly resolved. Despite this, we were advised by reception to request a full refund after checkout due to the problems experienced.
Since returning home, we have contacted the hotel multiple times and received either no response or a refusal to take responsibility.
On top of this and to make matters worse, a €50 parking deposit (which was clearly explained as provisional) has still not been returned with no explanation!
Overall, this was not the standard of service we expected or paid for, and the lack of accountability and communication afterwards has been extremely disappointing.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.

Our priorities were proximity to a Metro transit hub on the Rive Gauche and to Gare du Lyon, as well as an elevator and a kitchenette. The afternoon and night staff were attentive and pleasant. The hotel housekeeper was excellent. The daytime front desk staff (middle-aged gentleman) had plenty of excuses to not respond to our needs during our visit. I looked up the Hudson induction cooktop on YouTube to figure out how to use it. Unlock it by pressing key icon for several seconds if it shows “Lo” after you turn it on. The shower floor is not separate from the bathroom floor, with no shower curtain, so it takes some skill to not get the whole bathroom wet when using the shower. The room heating controls cannot be adjusted. The terrace in the hotel photo is probably only accessible by one of the hotel rooms!

Beautiful stay in a paradisiacal setting
The hotel is superb with all services .the staff is adorable.the exceptional view etc..having a health problem I was cared for by Dr Hujjaree who is a competent doctor, human and of incomparable kindness .l nurse is very well thank you again to Dr Hujjaree.

Room 302 bedbug paradise
A first in this establishment and a very bad experience!!!
Arrived in room 302, quite large for Paris, minimal but correct equipment... first surprise, no bath towel. A quick trip to reception later I have bath towels.
I pass on the questionable doors with stains from a previous client which should no longer be removed given the type of paint used (probably an error by the painter).
Hot drink available... arrived at 11 p.m. not possible to make an infusion or a coffee... I go up to my room 2nd surprise all the lighting at the head of the bed does not work... one side the switch works but no light on the other side the switch is dismantled so to read in peace it's light on the ceiling like in broad daylight or nothing deep night...
A quick shower before bed... great the soft tray I'm leaking the tiles are flooded...
Go to sleep, very decent mattress, duvet and clean sheet, a good night's sleep awaits...
Until 3:45 a.m.... waking up with a strange feeling... lighting (broad daylight therefore) and HORROR a dozen bedbugs are happily walking around on the sheet on the duvet.... I attack the extermination and notice that 'they are very delighted with my blood given the red spots on each one....
Out of the question of getting back into this bed I end the night on the chair (so difficult to sleep)....
Wake up shower.... flooding of the kitchen floor... down to BREAKFAST.... unlimited coffee (correct, that's it) unlimited yogurt, awesome...a base of salad bowl with fruit and 1 croissant and... that's it... not a piece of bread or a second pastry, not a fruit juice.
This experience may not be representative of the establishment but in any case I am not about to recommend it.
