If I could set 0 stars, I would.
We booked a six-night stay but had to check out after the first night because the room was unbearably hot. The temperature remained around 30°C during the night, making it almost impossible to sleep or even relax in the room.
We reported the issue to the reception several times. The only solution offered was a very small fan, which made no real difference. The room also had only two electrical outlets for three guests, and one of them was not working.
Before leaving, we contacted Hotels.com and then booked another hotel at our own expense. We only requested a refund for the five unused nights, but the hotel refused. They also promised to send us written confirmation of our early checkout, but despite several days passing, we never received it.
The room we were given also did not match the photos shown in the listing, in our opinion.
What disappointed us the most was not only the condition of the room, but the complete lack of willingness to find a reasonable solution. A difficult situation can happen at any hotel, but good customer service makes all the difference. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

On a positive note, it was steps from the Metro and a very nice cafe for breakfast or a beer.

I found a washed hairball in my towel, I had an ant in the bathroom. It wasn’t too clean overall, one of the beds had a dent in the middle. No luggage storage.
The placement of the hotel is good. It was an ok- stay for a night in Paris. But I wouldn’t book it again.
