Room a little small but with 2 beds required. Perfectly clean. Very friendly staff, helpful and attentive!

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for, the room was average and had everything I needed but my curtains had a big stain on them. The hotel also had a bit of a funky smell at times. As a solo traveler they had everything I could need and the location was good for getting to the centre. The staff were very friendly.

Very good stay overall!

Hotel Aulivia is ideally located in the heart of a lively and lively area of Paris. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, and little more very appreciable: candy available as well as water dispensers with flavored syrups.

Regarding your room on the ground floor, this is a room reserved for guests with reduced mobility. On the day of your arrival, it was unfortunately the only available room, but we were happy to offer you breakfast as a small gesture of compensation.

Disgusted

Save your money for a better hotel. It’s very expensive for a tiny room on a not-so-terrible street. Nothing romantic. (Booking in the name of Laura Dematons on 24/05/25)

We like to think of our rooms as cozy hideaways, perfect for those who enjoy being right in the heart of the city rather than in a sprawling suite far from the action.

Only when all other hotels are full and overpriced

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, at best 3-star.
Very small room, not or poorly renovated, noisy with neighboring room, all light switches very confusing, room door that slams shut - even those of other rooms, ...

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Eindrücke zu teilen. Wir verstehen vollkommen – es ist gar nicht so einfach, die mysteriösen Lichtschalter zu meistern oder den Klang unserer „kommunikativen“ Zimmertüren zu ignorieren.
Unsere Zimmer sind vielleicht klein, aber wir sehen sie eher als gemütliche Rückzugsorte mitten im Herzen von Paris – charmant, zentral und voller Charakter. Und wer kann schon der Erfahrung widerstehen, die Geräusche der Nachbarn ein wenig mitzuhören? Es gehört quasi zum authentischen Pariser Erlebnis!
Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotzdem einige unserer kleinen Extras genießen konnten – zum Beispiel unsere Süßigkeiten und aromatisiertes Wasser – und würden uns freuen, Sie vielleicht bei einem nächsten Besuch von einer anderen Seite unseres Hotels zu überraschen.
