We are sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the condition of the carpet and curtains, as well as your comments concerning the bathroom. Your observations have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so that they can be reviewed and addressed accordingly.
Regarding the absence of a safe in the room, we don't understand because there are one of each room.
Guest comfort is very important to us, and we regret that this impacted your experience.
All our rooms have a view either of a quiet pedestrian street or of our garden. We're truly sorry if the noise from your neighbors bothered you.
