Could be much better, overall 6.5/7-10 due to unfriendliness from 1 worker.
Good value for the money and location, everyone is very kind except the blonde lady at the front desk somewhat young, does not say hello or is helpful, everyone else is much nicer and superb service just avoid her if you can. Rooms are good clean, much smaller than pictured but that is normal I guess, comfy beds, AC is there but not the best. Overall a 7/10. They will make you a coffee when you ask for free and then the next time you make a coffee they charge you 18€ without telling you until after your coffee. So frustrating and unprofessional, asides from that a good boutique hotel and cheap for the location and quality of the rooms.

5-Star Perfect Stay in Paris
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Paris and can’t recommend it highly enough.
All the staff members are incredibly enthusiastic and professional at work, with warm and polite attitudes whenever we needed help or information. The front desk team is exceptionally kind and considerate — they patiently gave us tips on local attractions, transportation and dining suggestions, making our trip much smoother.
A lovely highlight of our stay is the complimentary refreshments and delicate pastries available at the front desk every single day. After long days wandering around Paris sightseeing, grabbing a drink and sweet treat back at the hotel was such a delightful little pleasure, perfectly easing our travel tiredness.
Every small detail reflects the hotel’s thoughtfulness, the service is heartfelt and attentive. It’s definitely our top pick for accommodation in Paris, and we will absolutely book here again on our next visit to the city.

Room very (too) small
Very small room with 1 desk, 1 bathroom but no closet, located right next to the elevator. We barely had room to move around the bed. The bathroom resembled a narrow hallway. Barely enough space between the wall and the toilet to sit down. If you are not claustrophobic, there is no issue for your stay. Cleanliness is okay, good breakfast, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
