The staff was super friendly on arrival and throughout our stay, The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. It was very calm and we could not hear any noise during the night. The location is amazing! So central, within walking distance of Notre Dame. Subway station very nearby, or can just quickly reach the Seine and stroll along there. We did not try the breakfast buffet as there are many cafes just next to the hotel where one can eat breakfast. (We recommend the Creem Coffee Shop! Super friendly staff there and very tasty choices!) So, in conclusion, would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay central in Paris and not pay a fortune.

Very small room

We stayed 3 people in a comfort room. It was extremely small and the bathroom was hardly to turn in.
There was a single bed and a double bed. In the double bed there was one single big duvet. We asked 2 times to get 2 simple dunes, but we didn't get it.
The room had air conditioning and it was really nice when we were in Paris under a heat wave.
There is free water to tap at the reception.

Good location and hotel is compact but modern and clean. Straightforward check in with a real person and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby

Great Hotel in the 4th Arrondissement!

Great boutique hotel in the middle of the 4th arrondissement of Paris. Very conveniently located near the Bastille exit of the Metro and near the Bastille in general. Many restaurants and shopping located in the area. Really great room. All I needed during my visit was a bed and shower and that was provided. For a single traveler, it was a great room. There was separation between the bedroom and bathroom area, a shower for one person to fit in, and a toilet. There was a small television located above if anyone needs entertainment. Air condition worked fine. The button to operate it is on top of the device. Downstairs is the lobby/check-in area and a breakfast area. I didn't partake in breakfast so I don't have any commentary on that. It was an easy check-in process. I got to check-in a little early when my room was ready. Downstairs is also a luggage storage area. I noticed a lot of hotels in the area have that available to store your luggage for a fee. The room had everything I wanted. Everything was clean. The staff was really great with the check-in and check-out process!

When I choose that hotel in Expedia it said the breakfast was included and it wasn’t. Anyway I had to pay even the coffee that I drank for the coffee machine.
The room didn’t have air conditioning. Breakfast expensive and the worst thing we did know that was not included. The room and the bathroom!!!!! Awful!!!! Please don’t send people there.
