Bed Bugs Awareness

I stayed in this hotel on 9th June2026 (unsure why your website doesn’t allow to put exact date) in room 34 on 3rd floor
I wasn’t impressed at first by the lift being out of order. The hotel has very steep stairs and to go up & down with luggage is not an easy fete. No help was offered
I stayed one night and returned back to Uk.on 10th. I woke up on 11th with red marks all over both arms, my back and my legs.
They were diagnosed as bed bug bites. Extremely uncomfortable.
This is the only hotel I had stayed in my trip to Paris and although the room seemed clean and there were clean sheets on the bed.
I understand that it’s not always possible for hotels to notice the things but a response would have been appropriate
I contacted the hotel and had no reply. Really not professional at all.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Pathetic

Pathetic... Barely any welcome in French, room on the 3rd floor with no elevator, small, dark, no A/C, and no hot water in the morning!
And to top it all off, no apology or commercial offer when I reported the breakdown

Pretty good except for smells and dirt, the bed was pretty clean though

Hotel well located next to the station Ménilmontant, rather friendly welcome, however cleanliness is not that...nauseating smell in the bathroom,furniture and dirty and worn floor,you also do not have to be sensitive to noise because you hear the neighbors..in short for 1 or 2 nights max it passes

blackmail at room rate

Very poor room quality. On arrival, the receptionist unilaterally increased the price of the night by 30% by telling me to go elsewhere if I could find room. As I was re-dressing, I was insulted. I had to accept.

Advised!

Excellent value for money, convenient location, very close to the metro and services. Small but functional bathroom, comfortable bed and always clean linen. Structure recommended for those who don't have too many demands and are looking for cheap accommodation.
