Great stay

Was looking to book a weekend stay in Paris for a group of 6. I was struggling to find a hotel in a good location with 6 single rooms on the normal search engines. The Hotel Pavillons was perfectly situated for our sight seeing agenda.
I rang the hotel and spoke to Alexandra, she is very friendly polite and professional. Alexandra accommodated all our needs, even going as far as allocating our rooms close together.
The hotel is very unassuming it hasn’t got the greatest kerb appeal but pleasantly surprised inside.The rooms are compact but clean and a very comfortable bed. There are 2 lovely small courtyards, breakfast was simple but adequate to start the day.
A couple of staff may want to take some training from Alexandra on friendliness as they were a tad grumpy.
All in all a lovely little inexpensive well situated hotel.
Thanks Alexandra you made my booking a breeze and it was a pleasure to have stayed here for my first trip to Paris.

Run away!

Catastrophic experience with customer service at this hotel regarding cancellation management. Despite a procedure undertaken more than two months in advance and repeated contacts with the switchboard operator, no refund was made.
The institution did not provide any concrete solutions, presumably forgetting that the job is to serve a clientele.
An asset was offered under several conditions that were as vague as they were unacceptable, highlighting practices unworthy of a serious hotel professional.
You should absolutely avoid.

Mixed opinion

Nice, but areas for improvement.
What was appreciated: The great calm, appreciable for the center of Paris.
What could be improved: The equipment is medium, and the room was wet. The toilet window was broken. Finally, breakfast offers a limited choice, especially considering the price.

Hotel at Right Location

The hotel is located quite near to Arch de Triomphe & 2 metro stations are at walking distance of 5 & 12 minutes. The hotel has simple rooms as perr Paris standard are quite good. The room has attached bathroom with shower, the drawback is very small Wash Hand basin, kindly see the photo.
Bed linen and towels were clean & fresh.
It is good to stay for couple of nights if you gave to move near Arch de Triomphe.
Breakfast is served on request.

Fantastic location and alone
extremely rude employees
do not replace bed linen and towels, toiletries are not replaced
breakfast pretty basic, but really the location and ease of access are great
