Hotel quality

The room was small and the sheets were not clean the breakfast was bad we stayed there for 3 nights and when we checked out they asked us 24 € more because of safe and tax and I’ve never seen sth like that

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The hotel feels very old, almost like stepping back in time. The room was extremely outdated, and even the lighting was inconsistent, with some lights being white and others yellow/gold.
The breakfast was also very poor, with a very limited selection of croissants, canned fruit, and boiled eggs. I honestly don’t understand how this is considered a 3-star hotel.
The only positive thing was the staff. They were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. As someone who works as a receptionist myself, I really appreciated their excellent service. Unfortunately, the good service could not make up for the overall standard of the hotel.

Disappointed with this hotel

The location is excellent, the only good thing I could say about this hotel. The rooms are too small, I saw the towels hanging on chairs in the breakfast room, I doubt they wash them, the breakfast was a horror, scarce and obviously not healthy at all.

A hotel that should not be in 3 stars

I stayed one night at the Havana Hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The establishment seems frozen in the 90s: everything is obsolete and poorly maintained. The reception was also very disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist ignored me for several minutes, kept busy on the phone, without even a hello. He then had no record of my booking, which made me wait even longer.
In the room, several problems: no cup in the bathroom, a remote control that did not work, a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom and a toilet not very clean, plus the wifi that really works very badly.
I will not go back. The photos in the ad do not reflect the actual state of play today.

WiFi didn’t work on 5th floor our first day and staff didn’t really care to look into it. Hair dryer was broken and had air coming out cracks in tube then burned my hand. Very noisy even on 5th floor, and the fan for our “ac” was even more noisy. Close to metro and shops which was nice. Did not have breakfast here.
