Hotel recently renovated, impeccable!
I loved it.

Initially I was given a room without windows for which the entrance door was in the breakfast room. I asked to be put in another room which has been arranged otherwise I would have not stayed in this hotel especially when you're paying more than 200eur/night. The location breakfast and spa are great but the room is small and desk is not comfortable.

Cosy

The hotel is very clean, cozy and charming
Rooms are a bit small but, considering its location, having a 30m2 room is impossible
Extremely well located, Arc de Triomphe, metro and bus within 5 min walk, shops and restaurants abound
The pool is warm and cleaned every morning
The receptionists are taking care of everything. They advise and help you always with a smile and the breakfast cheese omelets, prepared on demand, are a real delight
The value for money is very good

It was a great stay we arrived at 3 on a Thursday and left early Monday morning, good location close to the metro and a quiet street.
Staff was nice, rooms were small but your aware when booking, the utilities like shower and bathroom were spacious and felt luxurious feeling.
We had a small window made it feel bigger.
Bed was comfortable but smaller.
Front desk ordered a taxi for us on the return route to the airport

Dirty and dangerous spa facilities, indifferent management

I contracted hot tub folliculitis from this hotel’s spa/warm tub facilities. My doctor explained to me that this happens when tubs aren’t properly cleaned and maintained. Shame on them - they are a 4-star hotel and should know better. I’ve traveled for decades, using spas and saunas all over the world and this is the first time I returned home with a serious skin infection that resulted in a visit to the ER and required over 10 days of strong antibiotics to clear.
I reported them to the health authorities in France but apparently they refused to even review my report, much less contact me to apologize or do something about it to prevent this from happening to someone else.
To avoid!
