Very smart and well presented hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. It was in a quiet location.
The room was small but ok. The mattress was really hard, so not the most comfortable sleep.
Breakfast was simply and just a continental style but this was enough to start the day.

Really nice hotel . Perfekt for a stay in Paris if you need a place to sleep - though rather small rooms , but bed is good and a nice clean bathroom - good wifi and very good breskfafy - it was exactly what we needed .

Had a very poor experience here. Originally booked a 3 person room for 3 nights. On the day of check-in, I was called and told that there had been an error, and the room had to be changed. We were agreeable, and switched to 2 separate rooms for the first 2 night, and back to a 3 person on the 3rd night. This is where the nightmare began.
The double room they gave us was the handicapped room, which was beside the check in desk and was incredibly loud at all hours. The door didn’t lock, the shower had no walls, there was no tv remote, and the AC didn’t work (despite it being a heat wave and we paid for AC). The other single room they gave us was good, but all the way across the hotel from the other room. On the 3rd night, we finally got our 3 person room, but once again the AC didn’t work. The front desk staff checked it and told me they adjusted it, but it still did not work.
Because of the error, and less than ideal accommodation, I asked the staff if it was possible to compensate our group with free breakfast. They gave us 1 day, but absolutely refused to allow us access for day 2 & 3, because it was a “paid amenity” even though I had already paid for many amenities that we never got to use. Upon asking for the reason why we were unable to get our original 3 person room booking, the staff were unable to provide an answer.
