Not a 5 stars hotel
When entered shocked again that there is no lobby , no restaurant ( other than small place with 3 tables ) and asked you to pay 200 euros deposit ( never refunded even after many emails ).
Stayed 2 nights ( never met with anyone else than us)
The breakfast is one egg with cup of tea and some bread with some fruit and one yogurt if you want cheese or meat you have to pay more .
Location and cleanliness are good.
Not worth the money at all

First of all, we would like to point out that our hotel is located in the heart of Montmartre, one of the most iconic and visited districts in Paris. Our boutique hotel is highly appreciated by our guests for its intimate atmosphere, elegant décor, comfortable rooms, excellent air conditioning, and peaceful environment. We are sorry that this boutique hotel concept did not match your expectations.
Regarding breakfast, we offer several options, including à la carte, Continental, and American breakfasts. Breakfast can be served either in the comfort of your room or in our cosy bar.
With regard to the security deposit, we would like to clarify an important point. You checked out on May 29, and the pre-authorisation on your card was released on the same day at 6:57 p.m. Our hotel did not, at any time, charge or retain this amount. If the funds remained temporarily unavailable, this was solely due to your bank's processing times. Therefore, it is incorrect to state that our establishment kept your deposit.
Finally, we were particularly surprised by your comments regarding our hospitality. Throughout your stay, our team responded to your daily requests with care, professionalism, and attention, always striving to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We sincerely regret that, despite the care provided, the comfort of our hotel, and the quality of our services, you have retained this perception of your experience.
