I think the photos make the place look much better than it actually is. We stayed in the family room, and it was much smaller than it looked. Honestly, it's not really suitable for four people. It was also super hot, and the place doesn't have air conditioning. We were only given two fans, which weren't helpful at all. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Stayed in the family room. Clean room with fresh bedding and towels each day. Enough cupboard space for the 3 night stay we did. But would be limited if doing longer. The fridge in the room was very useful.
The room overall is looking tired and in need of a spruce up, however bed was clean and comfy and bathroom fully working.
Great base for exploring the city.
