The room is neatly clean, with air conditioning, it's quiet and comfortable. The location is very convenient. Easy accessible from the train station Paris Gare de Lyon. That's a plus!
The staff is very kind and thank you to Matthew for the kind, friendly and helpful approach to the guests. I would recommend it and staying again.

Security was terrible. We were told we had to leave our key when we went out. When we returned it was a different member of staff at the desk who had not seen us before but he did not do any checks of our identity- we just said our room number and he handed us the key. Anyone can walk in and ask for a key without any questions asked. Also when I asked for water I was told it had finished and they tried to charge 2,50€ for a tiny bottle of water! Convenient location and a nice bedroom, but I wouldn’t stay again because of the poor security.

Terrible security
Terrible security. We had to hand our key in when we left the hotel and when we returned it was a different member of staff on reception who did not check who we were- we just said a room number and he handed us the key. Anyone could walk in and say a room number and they just hand over the key without even checking the name! Glad we only stayed one night. Also charged 2,50€ for a tiny bottle of water and did not offer any tap water. Bright light outside the hotel made it hard to sleep. Shame as location was ideal for us.

I didn't mind it at all!
Hotel very close to the station, practically across the street, very convenient. We were on the 6th floor, in a dormer room, characteristic. Small, but nothing was missing; courteous staff, lobby with amenities. If it happens, I will go back!

Luke Combs Concert Paris
We have nothing bad to say about the hotel at all, All staff were so helpfull, the local ammenities to the hotel was exceptional, only minutes from the hotel, Breakfast is well worth the Euro's, Would reccommend this hotel for any sort of travel break

The Accor Arena is located a 15-minute walk from the hotel: just perfect! And you could see that the neighborhood, around Gare de Lyon station, was very lively, with restaurants, shops, public transport…
But our hotel is also perfect for holidays, romantic gateway or business trip. It’s definitively a great place for all types of trips.
