Economical pricing and easy check-in, amazing amenities, very kind English speaking-staff. Traveled from USA to Paris and wanted to be outside of the main tourist areas, but still in lovely and safe residential area with bustle and cafes! Arrived at CDG and traveled to Hotel PiaPia all by train - very easy! We did early check-in, recommended if available. Room was clean, spacious, air conditioned, with a bathtub! Very clean room, delicious breakfast buffet for additional price. Highly recommended for your trip to Paris! Near trains to the main attractions & back to the airport when it is time to return back to the States.

Disappointed. The room was tiny, too small to share. There were poor amenities in the room. There was a space for a refrigerator, however the hotel removed this for some silly reason. There was black mould developing in the bathroom, and the towels were horrible. We asked for a late check out, which they were able to accommodate but insisted we pay additional. I also had a room credit for food and beverage, however they refused to honour this and made me pay for a meal at checkout. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I loved my stay at Hotel PiaPia! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property and room were both incredibly clean. The A/C was a lifesaver during a heatwave, and the location is amazing - steps away from the 1 and a less than 10-minute walk to the Nation metro stop. I even felt safe coming and going from the hotel at night. This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in abroad, and I will be back!

A really perfect place for a solo traveller. The room was small, but really well designed and clean. There are several metro and bus stations nearby that easily get you to city centre, and there are a bunch of nice restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance.

Top hotel and staff

I discovered Piapia a few months ago and since then remains my first choice when looking for a hotel in Paris. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is very good. And not to spoil anything the staff is friendly, ready to help and welcoming.
I highly recommend choosing Piapia and everyone who followed my advice is now seduced.
