A lovely stay for our 40th wedding anniversary

My wife and I stayed here recently and found the hotel to be charming and comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Located close to The Latin Quarter it offered easy access to many cafes and restaurants. Our room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels on both occasions. Tea and coffee supplies were topped up each day.

Good area- very poor breakfast, small room

Location is amazing- there are so many great restaurants in the Latin quarter and it’s safe and fun to walk around.
The hotel staff are very nice
But the rooms are VERY small, which maybe that’s a Paris thing. They clean each day but never refilled our mini fridge.
Skip the breakfast. It’s continental with cold pre made crepe wrappings anns cold pancakes with nothing to put in them. Everything is very basic - a couple day old bowls of apples.. store bought pastries and runny eggs.
Even the coffee is confusing to make. They had sliced tomatoes with vinegar for breakfast, rolled lunch meat.
Asked if I could get a boiled egg from the lady that did the breakfast and nope.
Maybe it’s an American thing but we expected more for a French breakfast. We barely ate anything and could have just had coffee and crepes out.
The hotel is pretty and we loved the area so much. If you have an issue with heavy doors near stairs be careful.
The bathtub is super hard to get into and slippery, and so high up. You can fall so easy especially if you’re older. Was taking a shower and all of a sudden it went scalding hot.
The bed are good, comfy. No space however.
Be warned there are zero outlets to charge phones you’ll need a French converter.
The hair dryer died the moment I turned it on and there no plug at all in the bathroom for the one I brought.
All in all I would say average but we like the area and the people at the front desk.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Rooms were very clean and the staff was always helpful. Gorgeous garden out back. I especially appreciated the soaking bathtub after the long days of walking. Would highly recommend!

Great place in Quartier Latin

Great little hotel next to the iconic Quartier Latin - excellent and professional staff - tiny room but functional and lovely decorated. Could not try the breakfast so I cannot further comment. Great place to stay in central Paris!

A relaxing quiet stay in the 5th Arrondissement

My family and I stayed in Paris for a week on vacation, and occupied 2 rooms at Serotel Lutece. The hotel itself was very welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and air-conditioning during the heat wave was incredibly nice to have. All staff were friendly and always looking out for us. Location in the Latin district was incredible, directly next-door to Michelin restaurants and a boulangerie. Bus stops were on either end of the street making transport to all locations very convenient.
