Avoid
1/ The incessant noise and vibrations created by the subway passing underneath. No customer information on this subject on the hotel's booking page. It's borderline. It is impossible to rest without ear protection.
2/ The housekeeping staff is noisy, early in the morning (repeated banging while cleaning the rooms above, some people talk too loudly without considering that at 7 o'clock in the morning, guests may still want to sleep)
3/ No monitoring and even less moderation of disturbing noises at night: impossible to sleep before 1 o'clock in the morning because other guests were making a racket. This is not acceptable given the price of the night.
4/ The staff serving breakfast is about as pleasant as a prison door, or even downright unpleasant at times.
5/ The same staff who air their disagreements with colleagues, thefts committed, shower gel delivery problems, etc., in front of guests eating breakfast... it is absolutely unprofessional.
6/ Lighting problems in the bathroom that were not resolved despite being reported the very next day during a 3-night stay.
7/ Dry bedding and outdated room equipment from the 90s.

Disappointment
I had already come to your establishment for business and it went very well. In fact, I had posted a very positive review afterwards.
However, my last stay with my wife was really not up to expectations.
I am very sensitive to the welcome, the smile, the hello that I received during my first visit, but this time the man who was at the front desk should change professions. You cannot welcome guests like that: coldness, not responding to a hello, the impression of bothering him... in short. On the other hand, I really appreciated the availability of the woman present during our departure on July 14. It was very professional and sincere on her part.
Unfortunately, I will never set foot in your hotel again. I will take another one in the neighborhood. That is not what is lacking.
