We stayed in a Superior room on 1st floor.
The room and bathroom are very spacious and we really enjoyed the stay.
The staff were very nice and particularly a young female receptionist was very charming.
Location was excellent, specially it is quite close to my family’s apartment. So I was quite familiar with the area but still some close-by restaurants were new for me.
Highly recommended!

Nice weekend in Paris
Pleasant hotel (bright room with a good bed). The breakfast is very varied, with both sweet and savory options. For my part, I took both. The hotel is really well located. It is on a quiet street, ideal for sleeping well, and at the same time, it is a 10-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées and the Trocadéro. The team is welcoming and smiling.

BAD
This is a 2 star hotel at best. First at check-in I booked the double bed OR two single bed option. When I checked in, the staid the two single bed option was not available. I stood my ground and after 10 minutes they “discovered” they could give me a twin room the following g day. After giving me a twin room, the window broke such that it wouldn’t close and we heard street noise all night long. The front desk manger gaslight me about it being broke, continuously saying it want, and would not give us a new room. So we were stuck with a loud room facing the street all night. Long story short. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS BAD. As a side note. The breakfast is also subpar. This is NOT A GOOD HOTEL. I have had better experiences at the Holiday Inn. AVOID.

We are a little confused by some of your comments. You arrived on Friday, and as our colleague explained at check-in, we did not have any twin rooms available at that time. We did not "discover" a twin room later; instead, we allocated you a room that could be converted from a double to twin beds the following day.
Regarding the issue with the window, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Yesterday, your room remained on "Do Not Disturb" throughout the day, so our maintenance team was unfortunately unable to access it. We will ensure that the necessary is done today.
We also regret that you did not inform the reception desk yesterday that the issue was still affecting your stay. Had we been aware of it, we would have done our very best to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
We also noticed your comment regarding the breakfast. We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know what you found disappointing as your feedback would help us identify areas for improvement and enhance our guests' experience.
We remain at your disposal for the rest of your stay and encourage you to visit the reception desk should you have any remaining concerns. We will be happy to assist you and do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Insufficient service and amenities - to be avoided!!!!
For €400 a night, we expected a quality service.
The air conditioning barely worked and was extremely noisy.
The sound of the television was so limited that it was difficult to hear the programs properly.
As a result, we were hot and could not comfortably enjoy the room.
When we reported the problem, the staff offered no solution, explaining that at 5:30 PM there was no technician available.
The room was decent but far from the photos on the website.
My advice is to avoid it... Very disappointing for an establishment of this category.
