Very well situated hotel really close to metro station and some really nice areas and restaurants in the 15th. The lobby is really nice in this ibis. It’s comfy and has everything you need!

Not good
After hospitalization prior to our visit they refused change of date and/or refund. Horrible way to treat their customers. Stay away.

They don’t have air conditioners,safe box,fridge in the rooms,beds are not comfortable,staff are not helpful.

Stay somewhere else
Well let’s start with the room. It might as well have been a broom closet, bathroom was even smaller and room was not at all functional. It was hot when I stayed but the AC never worked the entire time. Luckily I managed to get a fan, but some people were unfortunate and had to suffer in the heat. Desk staff were unhelpful and rude most of the time. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice, but dinner was meh. There was only one waiter who was rushed off his feet but was rude anyhow. The only good thing was the location, it was a good proximity to the metro for the Eiffel Tower and other places. Shops & cafes were plentiful. If you want a good location, stay somewhere else!

The room did not have a refrigerator or a safe, even though we expected those basic amenities. On top of that, during all four nights of our stay, the air conditioning barely worked. It constantly felt like it was stuck on the lowest fan setting.
We reported the issue to the hotel, and someone came to fix it. It worked for a short time, but during the night the air conditioning stopped working completely. We woke up in a hot room and were unable to sleep comfortably.
This was a very disappointing experience. When you can’t sleep properly, you can’t rest, and that completely affects your ability to enjoy your vacation. We paid for a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. We expected much better service and accommodations.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The bar served very good cocktails, and the staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful.
Unfortunately, I did not like the room at all. It was missing basic amenities such as a refrigerator and a safe, and the air conditioning barely worked during our stay. Despite reporting the issue, the problem was never fully resolved. Overall, the room was a major disappointment and negatively affected our experience.
