Charming hotel in great spot

Wonderful hotel. Great area. Stayed for my first time in Paris. Cute, comfortable, clean room. Accommodating, kind staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Can’t complain about one thing. Would def recommend.

Family stay for The Weeknd concert and the July 14th parade.

Our first experience at this hotel.
Arrival on Sunday, July 12th and departure on July 14th.
The welcome was warm and very professional.
We had booked the suite for the 4 of us.
It has just been renovated. A contemporary, elegant space, perfectly equipped and offering remarkable comfort. The modern decor creates a relaxing atmosphere. The suite has two bathrooms. Very practical when there are 4 of us.
As for the restaurant, the breakfasts there are very good. We dined at the hotel once and enjoyed it.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is in perfect condition, beds and pillows are so, so comfortable, good location, and the staff is FANTASTIC. Special thanks to Laura from the front desk who went above and beyond to make my stay a success. 100% recommended.

Dear Manager, I arrived at the hotel around 2 PM. A gentleman assisted me and displayed every trait a hotel shouldn't have: lack of cordiality or friendliness no welcome greeting no help with luggage total disregard for any social interaction a lack of basic hospitality standards If this is the hotel's philosophy, congratulations. The staff member treated me with—and demonstrated—total disregard. And what’s worse, I hadn't even entered my room yet; this happened right at the start.
