Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful experience at L’Hôtel du Collectionneur. Everything was elegant and welcoming, and Kenza was especially kind, professional, and attentive. She made us feel very welcome and took excellent care of us. Thank you, Kenza, for the great service! Highly recommended.

Disappointed and over price
We had Deluxe Suite / 25 July-28 July / What remains most disappointing is that my reservation clearly specified our request for two beds. Despite this, we were provided with one bed and one sofa. Considering the rate we paid for a three-night stay in a Deluxe Suite at a 5-star hotel, it was reasonable to expect that our reservation request would be honored.
The issue was not simply an inconvenience—it significantly affected the quality of our stay. Sleeping on a sofa for three consecutive nights is not the level of comfort or service one expects from a hotel of your category, especially when the reservation requirements were communicated in advance. The management said, "Sorry, but I was the one sleeping 3 NIGHTS on the couch, not them."
The issue was not simply an inconvenience—it significantly affected the quality of our stay. Sleeping on a sofa for three consecutive nights is not the level of comfort or service one expects from a hotel of your category, especially when the reservation requirements were communicated in advance. Help at the hotel
We needed assisted with finding a nice French restaurant. Emma and Mehdi were such a great help. The restaurant they recommended was outstanding I could not be happier. Between the restaurant recommendation and the easy to follow directions there was no way to go wrong.
