I recommend it.

Located next to Place Pigalle, it looks like a period building with a cozy room in a style that is a mix of vintage and retro, very beautiful. The staff is always kind and helpful, and the breakfast is good. You can comfortably walk to the Montmartre district, just a few steps from the Moulin Rouge; it is a very beautiful and central neighborhood for visiting Paris.

Hotel with original decor.

Very good location right next to the Pigalle metro station, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff is pleasant, available, and ensures that the stay goes as smoothly as possible. The room was clean and quiet (street side) with a small balcony that included a table and two chairs. The decor (just like the rest of the hotel) is unusual. A fridge was present in the room, and two bottles of water were provided as a courtesy. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom. Complete breakfast in the hotel's basement with very cheerful staff in the morning. A few downsides: not many electrical outlets in the room, a larger partition in the bathtub would be helpful to avoid flooding the bathroom when showering, the air conditioning, which works well, is apparently turned off at night (not great given the current temperatures), the elevator is a bit slow, and the breakfast room is rather small and narrow (maximum of about twelve seats). Despite these few points, a very good establishment in Paris that I recommend.

Moulin Rouge theme hotel

Had a fantastic time in this hotel, loved the area, always felt safe, it was just around corner from the Moulin Rouge, a walk up hill to Montmarte and the number 30 bus to the Eifel Tower, continental breakfast every morning and each and everyone of the staff were lovely, would definitely return and recommend.

They lie. Avoid

This was horrible. There is no air conditioning, we had a heat wave. They didn't care and would not refund or compensate. They also waited until I checked in to disclose. The entire stay was bad. Broken shower, dirty room. The staff are horrible. AVOID.

Book a better neighbourhood.

The hotel is located at the start of Pigalle, the Red Light district. What attracted me initially was the decor, each room decorated in the style of a famous artist. We stayed in room 304, the Augustine Renoir room. Small, ideal for one or two nights, no more. Air Con was out of action for the previous 2 months which in August heat was terrible. Lots of homeless and immigrants hanging out at the little fountain outside a noisy at night. Not recommended for solo travellers as seen someone robbed as drunk by a guy going over offering to help him. Paris in general is expensive. Lots of good places have queues outside at all times of the day. Moulin Rouge 5 minutes walk away.
Best little cocktail bar nearby is an unassuming place called ‘Dirty Dick’, not a gay bar! But with the cheap cocktails starting at €17 a pop, we had 2 each and left. Bring a good pair of walking shoes, the subway system can be tricky to navigate and unless you know the zone your travelling, your better off getting a day pass.
Flat rate to the airport is meant to be €56. Hotel advertises it at €63, driver charged us €72.
Took 30 minutes and not up to 3 hours as advertised on some reviews. Safe too than the RER B train at €14 per person one way and we saw someone robbed on the train out from the airport.
