Le 12 Hotel
Our stay at Le 12 Hotel was fabulous. The staff are warm and were helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, and featured all the amenities we needed. The location made exploring the area incredibly easy. There are several metro station close to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were absolutely incredible and the rooms were beautiful. Had a wonderful time and would stay again if returning to Paris.

Small rooms but nice
Rooms are very small but you can schedule a 45 minute session in the sauna which has a nice roomy shower. The staff is very friendly and I appreciated the room being serviced each day. There was a lot of construction noise which was distracting at times and we did not have a nice view in room 405. There is a small market across the street which was convenient. I’m not sure if I could’ve paid for an upgrade but maybe next time. Also there were bath robes in the sauna a big plus.

Perfect.
It was the perfect stay.
This room has a balcony and is equipped with a fridge, bathrobes, hairdryer, kettle and wine opener.
Saint Lazare is also close and convenient. After check-in, we immediately strolled to Lafayette to buy the croissants, pain au chocolat, pâté en croûte and liête we were looking for. The next day, there was another one to Versailles. The location was so good that I could always go back to the hotel if I got tired.
The front desk staff always greets you with a smile when you come in and out. While being taught how to greet people in the French way by AI, whether you can greet them well or not, each of these little interactions will be remembered when you travel abroad. I chose this hotel and it was the right one.
I speak very little French or English, but they explained it slowly and in simple words, and were very kind to me, checking in, checking out and taxiing.

This was a very nice small hotel. The staff were very nice and professional. Loved that there was a patisserie right across the street.
