Paris welcomes you
This hotel has the best service from the check in staff to the restaurant staff . Everyone makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting wonderful restaurants close by . The neighborhood is beautiful for walks.

Bugs everywhere ruined our trip!!!
I hadn’t planned to leave a review of this hotel, but the experience has lingered with me ever since my stay.
My partner and I booked a duplex room for a birthday trip in late November 2025. We arrived late in the evening and went out to find food, but when we returned, we discovered that the room was infested with bugs. They were on the bed sheets, across the walls, and even on the mattress. I’m not certain what type of bugs they were, but the situation did not seem to be handled with the urgency or seriousness it deserved.
At around 3am, we were shown two alternative rooms, but after carefully checking the walls, bedding, and mattresses, we found that both rooms also had visible bugs. With no real option available that night, we ended up trying to sleep on the downstairs couch in our room. For a hotel charging over £290 per night and presenting itself as five-star, this was extremely disappointing. Needless to say, we barely slept, constantly checking the linen out of concern.
The hotel refunded our first night and moved us to a different floor the following morning, as the night staff explained they couldn’t authorise a room change until a manager was present. Even then, it was difficult to relax or feel comfortable, as we no longer trusted the cleanliness of the rooms. We were also offered complimentary breakfast, though it wasn’t clearly explained that this applied for the duration of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully make use of it.
As someone who travels frequently and stays in hotels around the world, this experience has had a lasting impact. Since this stay, I’ve found it difficult to fully relax in hotels, often worrying about the possibility of similar issues.
Despite our traumatic stay, the hotel room is beautifully decorated but we do not feel we could stay here again until the hotel can prove that all bug infestation issues have been resolved.

First of all in order to reasure the Tripadvisor's community, the day after the incident we called a company specialized in bedbugs which came after few hours with a special dog and confirmed we had some insects which were absolutely NOT bedbugs, as a proof you were from what I remember not bitten by these insects.
A light treatment was taken and the insects disappeared, another proof is the abcence of other comments left around november 2025 concerning the same subject !
I am quite surprised to receive your comment on Tripadvisor 6 months after your visit, I had a chance to see you before leaving the hotel and we have found together a compensation which from what I understood was to your satisfactory.
I do understand on another hand you were worried about the cleanliness of our rooms and I can assure you it is one of our top priority daily.
I am glad to read you enjoyed the decoration of the hotel and do apologize for this situation which by chance it is not concerning bed bugs.

Quiet little nook just a few minutes from Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops - privacy with excellent access to all the Paris vibes!

Le Cinq Codet, a special hotel
This is the most delightful, stylish and restful hotel, with the friendliest of staff. They do everything to ensure that your stay is comfortable. This was my 2nd visit to the loveliest of hotels. It is on the doorstep of Les Invalides and the area offers great walking in a lovely part of Paris. Thank you.

Don't Miss the Breakfast!
Just about everything about this hotel was perfection, but for the price paid compared to room and bathroom size, I have to give it 4 stars.
It is very quiet! Staff are all super well trained and helpful. It was our anniversary and they gave us a little note and treat. Good sheets.
But it was the breakfast that shined! Fresh items of all kinds! It includes eggs and they will even make crispy bacon if you ask!! Breakfast staff was friendly and efficient. This started our days off well fed and in great spirits. Thank you!
