Auberge sympathique
L'accueil était agréable et on a bien pris le temps de m'informer sur le fonctionnement de l'auberge ce qui est assez bien, cependant la porte d'entrée s'ouvrant uniquement de l'intérieur n'est pas très accueillant. Le dortoir où j'étais était bien agencé et les affaires sécurisés (on n'est pas pris au dépourvu sans cadenas comme dans d'autres auberges), le casier assez grand avec sa clé sont parfaits pour tout ranger en sécurité.
Petit manque d'entretien et de propreté sauf dans le dortoir où tout était nickel.
Le gros plus c'est le rooftop (quoique quelques finitions à entreprendre) et l'emplacement de l'auberge (vers la gare de Bercy, la salle de concert et proche de supermarchés et restaurants sympathiques et abordables)
Je recommande cette auberge, le rapport qualité/prix est correct.

Awful awful awful
Would not recommend this hostel at all. When we got there they send didn’t have a bed for us despite the fact we had booked months previous, the other people staying in the hostel were strange and off-putting to say the least and to top it all off the showers were filthy. There was genuine rubbish in the showers and years of dirt on the shower floors. The sheets we were given were older than me and of very poor quality and my pillow was falling apart at the seems, the beds themselves were Ikea children’s bunkbed cots and I had no curtain around my bed so I had to use a towel instead for privacy. Other guests had a similar issue with beds being double booked. The guy at the front desk was lovely and did his best to help us but because of the general cleanliness and feeling unsafe as a result of the other guests we decided to book another hostel instead. Again, the receptionist was very apologetic however, I would still advise against going if you are a female traveler or a solo traveler.

A Horrifying Experience
I've stayed at this hostel, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The rooms looked like something out of an abandoned industrial warehouse where someone had randomly thrown in some beds. The place reeked of insecurity and neglect. On my first night, I fell asleep quickly, but sometime around midnight, I was startled by a couple who entered the room with a flashlight. I was half-asleep and terrified, I couldn’t even move. There was only one other person in the room besides me. The couple approached my bed first, then moved on to hers. I don’t fully remember what happened next, but eventually, they left.
The next morning, I woke up feeling absolutely awful. The other girl in the room called the police because she had been robbed of 300 euros. Luckily, I had all my valuables in a locker, but the thought of what could have happened to me, especially as a woman, is horrifying. This wasn’t just about theft, there was a very real threat to our personal safety.
The following night, I managed to stay at a friend’s place, but I still had a reservation for the next night. When I went to reception to explain what had happened and how unsafe I felt, I expected some basic decency. At the very least, they could have canceled my reservation and refunded my money, given the circumstances. Instead, they showed ZERO empathy, refused to help, and acted as if it wasn’t their problem. They claimed that they change the door code every few days, but another guest who had been staying there for a while said they never changed it. On top of that, the door to our room didn’t even close properly!
Their response was beyond disgraceful. It was cold, careless, and irresponsible. If I didn’t file a formal complaint, it was only because I haven't had time. Honestly, this place should not be allowed to operate. Their lack of basic safety measures and complete indifference to what happened is absolutely unacceptable.
DO NOT STAY HERE. What happened to me and the other guest was bad enough, but it could have been much worse. This hostel doesn’t care about its guests or their safety. Even if it’s “just a hostel,” there are ways to treat people, with empathy and responsibility, and they completely failed. They don’t deserve your money or trust. This place is a disgrace, and they should be shut down. Stay away if you value your safety.

Péssimo! Não recomendo!
Eu fiz a reserva antecipado e avisei que não iria fazer o check-in na data, pois houve um problema com meu voo para Paris, mas deixei avisado que faria em três dias após a data da reserva, eles aceitaram. Mas no dia que eu estava embarcando, recebo um email falando que vinha reserva foi cancelada, mas como assim? Eu já havia pago antecipado por ela. Foi muito constrangedor da parte deles. Eu embarcando naquele dia, sem nenhuma outra reserva, tive que pedir pra eles não cancelarem. Acionei o booking e foi tomada as devidas providências. Após todo o constrangimento, consegui que retirassem o cancelamento e me aceitassem. De todos os hosteis que eu já fiquei durante minhas viagens, este foi o pior de todos. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma à ninguém! Muito burocrático e chato, senha para tudo, para entrar e sair do quarto, entrar e sair do hostel, achei desnecessário. Funcionários mal educados, sem paciência nenhuma com estrangeiros que não falam seu idioma. O hostel dispõe de camas beliches de ferro barulhentas (fazem barulho a noite toda e atrapalha o sono de todos que estão no mesmo quarto), quarto misto (homens e mulheres) não tem quarto somente para mulheres e nem quarto somente para homens. Não tem cozinha, não tem geladeira. O medicamento que eu uso precisa ficar armazenado na geladeira e eu perguntei a eles se tinha geladeira e disseram que não. Perguntei se poderiam disponibilizar a geladeira deles, de uso pessoal só pra eu guardar a minha medicação. Me disseram que não emprestariam. Não fazem esforço nenhum para te ajudar. Resumindo: tive que rezar e pedir a Deus para que meu remédio não estragasse, caso contrário correria risco de vida. NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOSTEL!
