Great stay

We visited this hotel in August last year as a family of four.
Room: Was small but adequate for a two night stay, small wardrobe in the corner and plenty of storage. The only issue we had was ants in the room but we were only there for a short amount of time and it was very warm in August.
Area: Great location and lots of nice restaurants around the hotel, there are several supermarkets around for light snacks and water and an amazing cafe a few minutes walk they did the best breakfast pastry and sandwiches was lovely to sit outside and enjoy.
There is a metro stop about a minute walk away.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, would happily stay here again.

The elevator was small — 2 pax max. Other than that it was a nice hotel, worth for the price. Very near to the metro station and coin/card operated self-service laundry is only 5min walk. Wi-Fi was not bad. No tissues in the room.

Good location and service

Hotel well located and with a very friendly service.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
The downsides are: extremely small, there was no fridge bar and the elevator only accommodates 2 people, which takes a little time to get off/up

This is a great hotel for folks who don't need a lot out of a hotel to enjoy the sites of Paris. Its location is the prime reason we selected it. The room itself was very comfortable, and the beds were also very comfortable, and it was relatively quiet throughout the night. There is a lift/elevator, which made it very convenient to get our bags up to our room. They were also gracious enough to hold our luggage after we checked out so that we can enjoy more of Paris before we had to go to the airport. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

I will definitely return

Great location, I put it one minute from the hotel exit.
The property was situated on a street, along which there are many restaurants and cafes, also, markets open 24 hours a day after you can buy everything, even food.
Personally very kind and always available to meet every customer request.
Clean and very nice rooms.
