Great Location, Lovely Service, But Book a Bigger Room
enjoyed our stay at NH Paris Opéra Faubourg, especially because of the location. It’s very convenient for exploring Paris, with the Le Peletier and Cadet Metro stations just a couple of minutes away. Galeries Lafayette, Opéra and Boulevard Haussmann are also within easy walking distance, so shopping, restaurants and getting around the city were all very easy.
One of my favorite things about the hotel was the little complimentary refreshment station in the lobby. They had water, juice and these delicious blue and white meringues that I kept going back for! It was such a simple touch, but after being out walking around Paris all day, I really appreciated being able to grab a drink or something sweet whenever we came back to the hotel.
The staff were another highlight. The reception team was warm, friendly and very helpful. They assisted us with restaurant reservations, including getting us a table at Paul Bert, which we really appreciated.
The hotel itself has a nice, modern vibe and has recently been renovated. My main issue was the size of our room. We booked the Standard Room, which is 14 m², and for two people with suitcases, it felt very tight. There was barely enough space for our luggage, and even the hallways felt quite narrow. I know smaller rooms are common in Paris, but personally I found it a little too cramped.
If I stayed here again, I absolutely would, mainly because of the excellent location and helpful staff, but I would definitely pay extra for a larger room. The Superior rooms start at 18 m², and I think those extra few square meters would make a big difference.
Overall, a very pleasant Paris hotel with a great location, thoughtful little touches and genuinely helpful service. Just don’t underestimate how small 14 m² feels when you have two people and two suitcases

NH hotel Opera Paris
The hotel reservation personnel was polite. Breakfast room too small considering a four stars hotel and the variety of food selection not adequate again for a four stars hotel. The suite room was nice and renewed but with very bad positioning since located at First floor facing an internal light well. Moreover, pigeon feathers in the gutter was present without any cleaning. Lastly, the air conditioning positioning just on top of the sofà bed caused cold problems on the body during sleeping so we have been obliged to switch off it sensing hot temperature

This is a great choice of hotel located in the centre of Paris with the metro and many landmarks in walking distance. A highly polished hotel, clinical and very well furnished… and yes the breakfast choice is excellent too

Great stay
Great hotel! We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious for Paris standards and had a very nice balcony and view. Very clean and modern.
Staff were friendly and the location is good, easy walk to the Opera area, plenty of restaurants, shops, etc nearby. Only complaint is that there is one elevator and sometimes the wait time is a bit too long.
Found it to be great value compared to other places i've stayed at in Paris. Would definitely return.
