Wonderful place with an amazing staff. Perfect for a true European experience. This is not an American type hotel. No ice, no refrigerator, and no elevator but it is full of Victorian charm and amazing people. The smiles and desire to please are real. You are steps away from multiple metro lines and RER, not to mention charming local restaurants, 2 amazing bakeries, a market, and a Burger King (if you absolutely have to). All of this is within a block or 2 of the hotel. A daily Continental breakfast is available but we only used it once, we much preferred the bakeries. The hard part was choosing which one. I am 68 and my granddaughter is 18. We both loved the place. Don't let the stairs scare you off.

Terrible experience

Shameful place!!! does not respect the photos at all, booked with friends on boking.com, room dilapidated stairs door with latch still with dirty mochet, no air conditioning! Bad experience I wonder that booking does not control what it offers!!!

To avoid

Soundproofing issues, not clean, expensive for the service, it is outdated; a positive point is the good welcome, but I cannot recommend it.

No air conditioning.
They have not responded to customer emails.

Avoid unless other hotels are fully booked

Nice limit welcome by an employee, no hot water in the room, almost total absence of soundproofing. There is really better on Nation for the same rate.
