The staff were very helpful. We arrived early and they accommodated us by checking us in early. The breakfast had a nice buffet option and children were free.

The room had a weird smell that I reported to the reception but nothing was done. The air-conditioning wast working and we were advised that nothing could be done until the engineer is back after 2 days.
Not a good experience specially when you have tired kids after day out at disneyland.

Thieves!!!

Theft occurs in the hotel, so proceed with extreme caution.
The breakfast is very meager and the rooms are in need of renovation. Perfumes worth over €500 were stolen from us and the staff was very unfriendly.

Bad hotel

I almost never leave reviews like this. But this hotel lost my reservation, and only admitted they found it after I literally showed it to them. Even then, they hadn't saved a room for me.
They transferred me to another hotel for five days, but after just two days, they backtrack on their promise and tell me I have to pack up and leave again

Not exactly in the center, but a good starting point to visit the city

The hotel is reasonably close (about 5 minutes on foot) to the Porte de Versailles subway station, which allowed us to easily reach the points of interest in Paris. The area around is definitely quiet, and there are a number of restaurants that are NOT typical of Paris: they were all from other countries, including a very good Italian one.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful; in this regard, even though we arrived a bit late, they allowed us to use the restaurant (the one on the ground floor) that was almost about to close. Finally, upon departure, they assisted us in finding an alternative route to reach the airport.
The room was tidy, clean, and sufficiently spacious. However, the one thing I absolutely did not like was the semi-transparent bathroom door: it did not provide a sense of privacy inside. The mattress was comfortable, and the quality of sleep was very good. We were unable to adjust the air conditioning, and after reporting the issue, they provided us with a portable air conditioner.
The breakfast was good with a decent variety and good quality (croissants and brioche were completely in line with expectations).
I greatly appreciated the water dispenser (one per floor) available for guests: besides being an interesting ecological initiative (no need to buy water bottles), it allowed us to drink fresh water without the need to purchase it.
In general, it was a good experience.
