Horrible experience!

Horrible experience!
We booked the apartment for a 7 night family vacation in Paris, we checked out after one night forfeiting the cost of the remaining 6 nights. The apartment did not reflect the advertised 'LUXURY FOR A NEW ERA. NEW EXPERIENCES FOR ALL.'
We found the property to be dirty, damaged and not well equipped. The manager of the property was unhelpful and wouldn't accept any of our feedback. He referred to the damaged and unmaintained items as Parisian charm. As frequent visitors to the great city of Paris the old ‘Parisian Charm’ story didn’t stack up.
Refused to refund a cent, even though the property was rented out after we left. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone who has a standard for cleanliness and luxury. This goes down as the worst holiday experience of my life!

Nie im voraus bezahlen! Absolut unkulante Geschäftspartner!

Aufgrund der Streiks konnten wir gar nicht anreisen - trotzdem haben "Pied a Terre - Palestro" den im voraus kassierten vollen Betrag nicht mehr rausrücken wollen, nicht mal die Reinigungsgebühren! Booking.com versicherte uns, das solch unkulantes Verhalten sehr selten und ungewöhnlich ist (sie könnten jedoch auch nichts machen, ausser dafür schauen, dass sie künftig weiter hinten vorgeschlagen werden).
