We booked a family room with air conditioning because we knew Paris would be hot in the summer. Unfortunately, the family rooms are located directly under the roof, and the air conditioning simply didn’t work. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable.
After two nights, we were moved to another family room on the same floor, but the situation was exactly the same. The air conditioning was unable to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.
What disappointed us the most was that the staff admitted they were already aware of the problem before we arrived. Even though we had booked our stay six months in advance, the hotel still assigned us a room knowing that the air conditioning was not working properly.
After another day, we decided to cut our stay short and leave the hotel.
I cannot recommend this hotel to families travelling during the summer if air conditioning is important to you. I would also advise others not to rely solely on the Hotels.com filter for air conditioning, as a hotel may advertise this amenity even though it does not function properly in the room you are assigned.

To be avoided
The most shocking aspect remains the complete lack of consideration for my complaint. Despite several attempts to explain the situation to the director or her assistant, no concrete solution was proposed, and there seemed to be no willingness to resolve the issue.
When an establishment makes mistakes, it is not necessarily what defines it. What defines it is its ability to recognize and correct them. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I sincerely regret choosing this hotel and I will not recommend it to my acquaintances.

WORST EXPERIENCE
I reported these issues, but the reception was just like the rest: no listening. The management showed no willingness to consider my comments or to propose any solution.
I left with a very bad impression and I advise against this hotel to anyone who values hygiene and a minimum of consideration for the customer.
