We stayed in this hotel for a night. The staff were friendly and helpful. We could store the luggage without charges. The location is nearby Louvre museum. The restaurants are all nearby.

Huge disappointment in Paris

I know that Paris is an old city and some buildings have awkward layouts which is why I requested a room with a view. I asked them a month in advance and we were very disappointed with our room that has a window to a shared public walkway and no view. You can’t keep the window open because someone can crawl inside which presents a safety and comfort issue.
I’m sorry to say that this is by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in my many trips to Paris. The front desk did not honor my wish to have a view, even they have many rooms available with views. The room also smelled like sewage/mildew.
I’m sure if we were given a room in the main block or looking on the Main Street as we requested, we would have had a better experience. Too bad because location is great. But for 300 a night it’s a disappointment.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We truly understand your disappointment and apologize for not meeting your expectations.
As explained by the front desk, I want to clarify that, due to our hotel’s layout, all of our twin rooms are located facing the inner courtyard, which unfortunately means we could not provide you with a street-facing room. We strive to accommodate our guests’ preferences whenever possible, and I’m sorry we were unable to honor your request for a view this time.
Regarding the issues you encountered with the room, including the odor, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we will investigate these concerns to ensure they are addressed promptly.
We appreciate your kind words about our location and hope you might consider staying with us again in the future, allowing us the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
Best regards,
Céline - Hotel manager

An amazing hotel in an amazing location. The room was spacious and perfect for traveling with our five year old. The location meant we could walk to a lot of museums, gardens, playgrounds, etc. Many restaurants within a short walk including adjacent to the hotel, a fantastic bakery shop around the corner, and lovely little bars as well. Breakfast was wonderful as well.
We recommend it without hesitation and we're planning our next trip already!

This is an extremely nice three star hotel. The location is great with easy access to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Seine river and many cafes. The rooms are clean and recently remodeled/updated. The breakfast is very nice with a variety of foods and pastries.
A few things to be aware of: The electrical plugs are not conveniently placed, most not near the bed. And, many of the rooms have a extremely small shower. We found it impossible to get in and to close the door so we had to carefully shower with the door open. Some rooms have a bath tub/shower. Definitely try to get one of these rooms.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a great position . I was disappointed that I had to go down 3 stairs and up 2 stairs to get to our room.
It is a pity Paris hotels do not offer a small bar fridge.
