Perfect little base for a weekend in Paris

What a wonderful find, we will certainly be returning.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and super helpful.
Although a little dated and in need of a little TLC in places, our room was clean and very comfortable. The AC didn’t work but the fan was sufficient and we enjoyed having the window open to hear the sounds of a Parisian evening.
For a couple of nights in Paris this hotel was perfect, and surrounded by some lovely bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. A supermarket is just round the corner too, and the nearest Metro station is on a direct line to/from the Charles de Gaule airport.

Overall acceptable, but there are dirty areas.

The hotel is generally acceptable; its location is very good, but it lacks maintenance as there are many dirty areas in the hallways and carpets. However, the room was clean.

Far too old

Pleasant welcome, but sincerely a 4* hotel that dares to rent a room like the one we had (n 601), it is shameful. No mixer in the SdB, dirty joints, broken tiles, carpet stained with countless bleach.

Not recommended at all. Very dirty

Everything very dirty. When we arrived, the bathroom was pathetic and the room was full of dust, not to mention the carpet. We have been here 4 days, and despite having asked them to clean the room, they only make the bed. I have had to ask for clean towels because they do not even change them. We slept on top of the bed because it was impossible to lie down in it.

Paris hotel a few metro stops from Montparnasse Station

We stayed at this hotel as we needed to be near Montparnasse station our original hotel cancelled due to refurbishment. The staff were very helpful as there was a National Rail Strike they assisted us very well indeed. The hotel was full for an extra night so we had to move to another hotel in the area.
Breakfast was very good and so was the location with lovely typical French Bistro's nearby.
Our room was nice but the carpets definitely need replacing. We enjoyed our stay.
