Minimal but sufficient equipment.

Very nice experience in the ws apartments close to transport and top customer service. Minimal but sufficient equipment. Modern decoration. My next stay in Paris will be with WS. The monument is located nearby with a very reasonable and attractive price.

Unfortunately. I need to be honest about our stay. It began when they sent two sets of instructions for access, we delayed our access and concluded with limited staff to support the stay.
In addition, the sheets were stained not clean. The room had no ac, and insufficient fans. I wouldn’t stay again at any price. Hotels.com issued a partial one key credit when the hotel refused to respond.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!! SCAMMERS!!!

I arrived with my boyfriend and we had to leave immediately. The room had an unbearable smell, torn curtains, and no privacy. It was completely different from the photos. We were forced to leave in the snow and freezing cold, which caused major inconvenience and stress. This accommodation is misleading and unacceptable.

Very Claustrophobic and tight space, difficult with kids. No ventilation in the bathroom and limited circulation made it difficult to stay for long, we left the property just in 1 day (booking was for 2 days), since it was very hot and humid inside the apartment.

BAD EXPERIENCE

AVOID. Horrible sewage smell in the room kept us awake all night. The curtains were ill-fitted and couldn't block the light from the street. Really bad experience. When I complained I was offered 20 euros as compensation. Ridiculous. Even after a month of emails and calls, no sympathy from that company. I travel regularly to Paris for work, I have never seen such poor service and little consideration. Do yourself a favour. Avoid that place !
