Not to be missed

Coming in a group with my friends, we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere, the decoration, and the staff are warm and charming. A quick and helpful service. Nothing to complain about. I would return there with my family at the first opportunity.

Beautiful place for our family

Beautiful place warm, beautiful, and super welcoming for our family, and our dog. We are received all the time in the most beautiful ways.
The restaurant is also of high quality, simple, traditional with fresh products.
Can't wait to get back!

A good address

Comfortable hotel extremely well located in the heart of the resort. Possibility of parking nearby.
Breakfast very varied and of very good quality.
We also dined very well at the hotel restaurant.
Small downside on the quality of the wifi which only works very rarely.

Bad dinner and a very big disappointment

Happy and cheerful we came in, and extremely disappointed and stinking mad we went out again. We ordered a hamburger with fries plus a soup and a schnitzel with noodles as it turned out later !!!????? My daughter's hamburger was completely cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. The cutlery was dirty and smeared!!!! and the soup just tasted like nothing The veal cutlet was half black burnt.
We are hotel guests, and will not spend any more nights there as planned.
Not recommended.

Be careful when booking this hotel.

I can't help that we were part of a Con.
We paid €250 for one night. When we arrived we were told that they had over booked and moved us to a very inadequate room where me and my wife had to stay on a horrible sofa bed which left us with no space in the apartment.
The management team did not help in anyway to negotiate any difference in price. We had no contact with them at all and left the poor unhelpful receptionist to deal.
They charged our account at full rate. I can't help but think that it's their master plan.
They did blame the third party booking company expedia who also in turn blamed the hotel.
