The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the aircon worked well. The property has a great swimming pool and plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was delicious. The location is close to the city center and the motorway, making it easy to access. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time staying here.

Not 4 Stars!

This hotel seems neglected. The staff are nice enough (especially David) at the restaurant, but the facilities are dated and not well kept. We had a terrible mold problem in the shower, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned/expected well. There was a shower in the bathtub, but it was missing a shower head. This should not be left like this by housekeeping. We complained and they cleaned the mold and installed a shower head.
The bed and sheets and the rest of the bathroom was clean. However, housekeeping left our door open (it is weighted and closed, but not all the way unless you pull it shut). Not sure how long our door had been left open like this.
Whenever the toilet was flushed, the A/C started blowing a bad smell (like rotten eggs) which suggests a plumbing problem.
I obverheard other guests complaining about issues as well at the reception desk.
The hotel is not 4-stars quality and needs a serious renovation and better management.

Very good value for money.

Very good value for money. The rooms are quite spacious even if the decor could be more modern.
The breakfast is decent. Large, very pleasant outdoor pool. All in all, for the price paid, it is very decent.

Pool was unusable really as it was quite murky….. probably dirtier when you got out than when you went in.
Staff generally quite friendly…. Some more than others
Nice breakfast
About a half hour walk to town centre
£10 in an Uber
Bar service patchy
Half the hotel seems to be residential for OAP’s…… no problem and quite nice really but that might be a surprise to some.
Perpignan is not really a tourist hotspot but this hotel is a good place to stay and explore the area
Collioure is a must

Disrespect for external stakeholders

Attention for artists and others who are invited to work at the ephad, they block slots saying call back to validate definitively and no longer respond, or say always busy but minimum respect is totally absent. It is only when we say that we will be present on the blocked date that surprisingly we are reminded in the minute... To cancel! The previous host was much more respectful, be careful
