Pension out of time and exquisite cuisine.....to discover

second passage to the musical casa....always also...woaw....
the kitchen is magical, terrine exquisite house...
lamb long cooking of the same quality...

Disappointment

Very disappointed. The room we were given did not match what we were able to see in the photos.
Lack of soundproofing therefore privacy.
Narrowness of the room, aging sanitary facilities, bed base worthy of a click clac, unmaintained and noisy joinery. Unpleasant smell.
The positives, clean places and geographical location with magnificent views of the bay and breakfast.

Poor reception

Very bad reception by an unpleasant woman when her colleague had allowed us to see the view to the end of the restaurant
The aggressiveness of this woman surprised us!
When we asked for the hotel prices, she told us to consult the Internet , that the restaurant was closed while the door was wide open

Do not spend the night but enjoy the restaurant!

What a disappointment, we returned with pleasure to Casa Musicale where we had eaten very well a few years ago, in order to spend a few nights there. Unfortunately the "hotel" (a very big word for a maid's room under the roofs in the village, outside the main establishment) is absolutely not up to the restaurant, far from it. Room under roofs, windows that do not close, no thermal or sound insulation. Unbearable heat in this heatwave. Certainly there is an air conditioner but it makes a noise from hell and blows directly on the bed so impossible to leave it running at night. Bathroom in the image of the room in an advanced state of dilapidation. To close this picturesque picture, no parking or preferential rate at the paid parking (overpriced) of the village, manage to park 1km and carry your bags in the small cobblestone streets. All of these bridges would be acceptable if the rates were reasonable, which is absolutely not the case.
Again, only the quality of the restaurant catches up with the stay, we again ate very well on the beautiful terrace.

Rustic 2 star hotel

We stayed 1 night in preference to Cali. Good decision. Calvi is too touristy and pricey and the lmmediate beaches are poor. Rooms are fine, back rooms with no sea view are fine for 1 night. Staying longer splurge and gets sea view. The rooms are airy and light and are commensurate with price. Combining lunch or dinner makes this hotel a great experience. Drive straight into the village and park in the commune car park. Only 2 euros for 24 hrs.
