Choose another of the hotels instead of this one

Last year we stayed in La Cité Suspendue which we really enjoyed. This year we chose Les Trois Hiboux and were really disappointed. We booked a mezzanine room for 5 persons. In two beds, the sheets were really dirty and were replaced after having made a complaint at the reception. There was no wifi at all in the rooms (we had two in different parts of the building). reaction of the reception: you just have to try over and over again.... In the other room where our daughter stayed there were hairs on the towels. Diane at the reception did what she could and gave the children some presents to make up for the problems. When we ordered diner in the bar two of the plates we got were dirty, some cheese probably was still sticking to them. At breakfast the majority of the glasses for the juice were dirty. The location is lovely and the staff are friendly but we were not happy at all with our stay.

Relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay. The pressure in the shower was amazing really enjoyed that. It was a nice relaxing vibe which made the stay enjoyable. There was also a fan in the room which helped alot in the heat
It was lovely clean facilities.
The only down side was there was no kettle for tea coffee in our rooms, or a fridge to keep drinks cool.

Lovely clean rooms, staff were helpful at times. Great outdoor space for the kids to run about and play, room was lacking a fridge and coffee/tea facilities
Nice and close to the theme park only 5 minute walk.
