Exceptional

A week to celebrate our wedding anniversary in this magnificent establishment.
Ideally located at the tip of Roselier with its breathtaking panorama, a total immersion in nature, and great tranquility.
We stayed in a very beautiful suite that included a small kitchen, which is very practical and quite rare in a hotel. A terrace for dining outside and another with 2 loungers. An unbeatable view of the sea, the birds of prey hunting, and the hang gliders... And lying on the bed watching the sunset... MAGICAL...
The bistronomic restaurant is worthy of a gourmet establishment. A carefully crafted, flavorful, and very inventive cuisine in a refined atmosphere. Whether it is the tuna tataki and its accompaniments, the yellow pollock with its blend of flavors, the wonderful langoustine tartare, or the flambéed lobster tail... Exceptional dishes... A true delight...
A big thank you to the staff, friendly and always attentive to meet our requests...
We are looking forward to returning...

Great find, remote feel on right by cliff snd beach walking trail. Modern, friendly staff. 2 things to note - no aircon in rooms and the restaurant attracts quite a few non guests in which means the parking lot gets very busy at night, only an issue if you arrive late or have a special car and good parking is a factor for you (as it was for me) as I saw people trying to fit into really tight spots as there are no lines in the parking area so some people can park quite strangely.

Disappointment

A real disappointment; already at check-in we are asked for a €15/person supplement to use the pool: I have never seen that! Especially for a hotel that claims to be high-end!! Then our sea-view suite only had a small sea view from an armchair; but from our room the only view was of the parking lot!
It is really a shame because the place is exceptional but everything seems to have been done on the cheap, we are far from the luxury expected for a 4-star hotel.

A 4-star that does not keep its promises

Disappointing experience from the beginning to the end of the stay (1 week). Restaurant closed on weekends, including for hotel guests. Breakfast that lives up to its name: Everything is small, stingy, and not stocked. Unfriendly reception staff who justify themselves by claiming they are understaffed to avoid going into the rooms every day. In short! The guest is clearly not welcome.

A charming place where one can truly unwind.

The establishment includes several buildings ideally located in a quiet area and not far from the sea.
Meals can be taken at the restaurant or in your rental if equipped with a kitchenette.
Parking is provided in a large inner courtyard.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some featuring beautiful outdoor terraces.
