Very beautiful, very comfortable apartments
Very spacious apartment with air conditioning and space, dining room, living room with large screen and comfortable sofa, kitchen area more than sufficient for lunch and dinner meals. Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and two sinks, good-sized bedroom with King size bed and large screen as well. Plus a very decent breakfast included in the reservation. Pets allowed and large secure parking lot. We will certainly return.

Accustomed to staying at this establishment for over 10 years, we were always satisfied. However, this year, we were faced with an absurd situation: only 2 people to manage the numerous arrivals on this 8/08 for both establishments, meaning 160 apartments fully booked. After 2 hours of waiting, we were told that our reservation made through Booking, confirmed and paid for since mid-July, had not been recorded in the establishment's software. Despite all of Fabien's efforts to find us an apartment, we ended up without accommodation more than 500 km from our home with no alternative, as all the hotels in Vannes were full. Unacceptable in the middle of August!!!

The worst of the Accor establishments?
- On 04/15/2026 I made a reservation on the Accor site for 2 weeks from 06/25 to 07/09. Deposit of €151.70 processed. The establishment is the ADAGIO in Plescop (suburb of Vannes).
- On 06/01/2026, by phone, I requested a change of dates (from 06/22/2026 to 07/05/2026). A certain Doriane hung up on me because she claimed she couldn't hear me. Second attempt, exchanges were still complicated, I asked to be called back, which she never did. Third attempt more than an hour and a half later, I finally succeeded in getting the dates changed. I requested confirmation by email but I only received it 3 days later after several follow-ups. The confirmation was never updated on the Accor site.
- On 06.22.2026 we arrived at approximately 3:35 PM after 2 other clients. Refusal to check us in for the first ones, same thing for us. Reason given: the apartments were not ready, except that no one checked the availability. In reality, you have to wait until 3:00 PM and that's it. Not very pleasant when you have traveled across France, almost 950 km. At 3:00 PM sharp they came to get us and immediately collected €1712.00. We settled in and turned on the AC... which started leaking after 5 minutes. The water drainage was going outside, so onto the ground. Back to the front desk which was going to contact the maintenance company. After several exchanges, no timeframe for intervention was given to us and we were offered fans. Great! For your information, the week we arrived, it was between 40 and 44° during the day in Morbihan. 4 hours later, a technician arrived and after an hour and a half of stalling, he determined that the pipes were installed backwards. The air conditioning units "supposedly" had been checked 15 days prior. We pointed out to him that other AC units were broken in other apartments.... he was not aware.
- On 06.26.2026, we heard suspicious cracking noises in the bathroom. The next day in the late afternoon we heard cracking again.... then a flood from the ceiling above the shower. Water was flowing all around the spotlight! I ran to the reception. A staff member came with me to see it and told us that he would take care of it... And then nothing else. No more water and no more news from our contact person either. While leaving for the restaurant, we asked him what the situation was. He informed us that he asked the guests not to stay in the shower for long and that he was notifying the "in-house technician." The latter never came to our apartment to check the source of the damage. They did not rent out the apartment above anymore. The receptionist was also resigning and had definitely left an hour later. It is, moreover, a recurring problem in this establishment. The staff does not stay, there is not even any management. Professionals leave as quickly as they arrived upon seeing the disastrous management and the lack of respect toward the staff... but also toward the clients. The owner stops by practically every day, more to check his cash drawer than anything else. The second week, there were only 2 employees left for the reception of both residences. The Adagio dates from 2020 and the Bellini from 2024, at the back in the parking lot. In total there are 170 tourist apartments! The profitability is excellent.
- Following the cleaning instructions, we even anticipated our request 48 hours in advance, the regulations require 24 hours. Curiously, the staff still uses a notebook to write the schedules by hand! Computer technology has apparently not arrived at the ADAGIO Plescop. Well, a bad surprise when returning one evening, nothing had been done. The reception helped us out, but in the batch, there was even a torn towel... We also had the audacity to ask a few days earlier for a small trash bag from that pleasant Doriane who caused a scene by telling us that it is negotiated upon our arrival and that it is the same for everyone! A small trash bag that must cost 2 or 3 cents. As a reminder, our total bill still amounted to €1863.70!
But in addition to all this, what is very serious is that the so-called accessible apartment no. 10 is not compliant. There is no seat in the shower, (removed or broken?), the grab bars in the shower are non-existent. The walls were not even ever drilled! a scandal.
Added to this a wobbly smoke detector on the ceiling, outlets mounted crookedly, etc...
As for the cleanliness of the windows... I think they have never been cleaned since 2020, there are so many spider webs, grime, and dirt everywhere, worthy of a squat.
Also worth noting is the quite significant noise when several electric cars are charging at the same time. Difficult in this case to leave the windows open. already reported by other customers.
Accustomed to 4-star establishments or higher, we have never seen (fortunately!) such a fiasco from start to finish, especially for an establishment that is only 6 years old. The disrespect of this owner toward the customers and his staff is shameful. Obviously we do not recommend the ADAGIO in Plescop and we are going to contact Accor customer service so that they look into this address quickly and seriously.
We would nevertheless like to thank Maureen who struggles in this mess and does what she can. She was always very pleasant with us.

Avoid if you go there for the spa
I booked a room at the adagio and spa Vannes just after Christmas with the family (6pers) to decomprehend and relax at the spa.
This is an establishment I know well and have always satisfied me
But this time this big diseption the pool was cold, the hot tub cold, even the hammam didn't work, only the sauna which was still not at maximum
Result wasted stay
If we are going to complain we are told that while normal with a fleeing look ....
Tourt guests were unanimous it was cold nobody see a single person in the pool.
I made a complaint the hotel does not even answer
Booking made through ALL ACCOR which also returns the ball to the adagio
Anyway I wouldn't go back
Only pleasure the apartment that is very well
