Attention: gem!

The building located right across from Primel beach, this establishment run by a couple in their seventies offers four 28 m² rooms with colorful names (blue, red, green, and purple) overlooking the beach, with all the comfort one can expect: shower AND bathtub, large sink, separate toilet. The king-size bedding is extremely comfortable, there is a kettle for making coffee or tea, a mini-refrigerator… everything is clean and very well maintained. The tranquility is assured, the sound insulation is perfect. The entire (limited) staff is welcoming and smiling, attentive. A small detail that matters: a parking lot, quite large, is located behind the house.
Breakfast is served in the veranda facing the beach, with bread, generously provided pastries, butter, jams, hot drinks (coffee, tea…), orange juice (not freshly squeezed), a white cheese, and a homemade fruit salad; one can request other items if all this seems insufficient…
The restaurant (to be reserved) lives up to the rest: generous and tasty homemade cuisine, with efforts in presentation and side dishes, a menu offering several choices. Everything is homemade and made to order, so the service may seem slow (but one comes here on vacation, not to stress!) but it is well worth the wait.
And, to digest, a little walk along Primel beach will be welcome. By heading left when exiting the hotel, depending on the time, one should not miss the magnificent sunset over Trégastel beach.
In summary, we found our base for our possible future visits to the region. Plougasnou allows for visiting a good part of the region with a rich cultural and historical heritage; we are twenty minutes from Morlaix (which is also worth visiting!).

Very pleasant stay

We stayed for one night recently and very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, bathroom excellent, very nice breakfast, wifi good. Joelle was able to converse with us in English and put her car outside so our bikes could be locked in the garage overnight. We also had an excellent meal in their restaurant. We would definitely recommend choosing this B&B.

Truly an example of excellence.

This beautiful building sits opposite an expansive quiet sandy beach. The house is delightfully decorated with wonderful works of art from around the world. At the back of the hotel is a pretty quiet garden for guests to relax and a south facing sun patio. The house is very spacious and comfortably furnished.
Our lovely first floor bedroom overlooking the sea, was a very large room with a big bathroom that was a delight to use with high quality bath, shower cubicle and separate toilet.
The bed was splendid and extremely comfortable.
The restaurant like the rest of this establishment is beautifully decorated and furnished. The breakfasts were exceptional with fresh fruits, cheese and meats, freshly baked croissants, breads and pastries and tasty fresh coffee.
The dinner menus à la carte and fixed price had a good range of dishes and prices. The wine list was quite extensive for a guest house of this size. The food was first class, well presented, good portions, delightful flavours and combinations of textures. The chef clearly delights in demonstrating his excellent culinary skills and was happy to discuss and provide dishes to order.
The hosts have a simple and precious business ethic, their pleasure is to provide their guests with a high quality service and enjoyable and relaxing stay. They are worked hard to ensure this is what we experienced. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Cameline.
We strongly recommend the Chambres d'Hotes La Cameline.

to dream of Brittany

When booking this chambre d'hote, we had hoped to be located along the sea, in a quiet section of the coast. We also hoped for a restaurant with a nice view and good food. We were not disappointed. The room was on the first floor, overlooking the sea. While the window was small, the view was superb. The bed was comfortable, the wireless worked well and there was a great shower as well as a tub. The room was large enough for any reasonable person. It was wonderful to stroll along the sea, watch the people on the beach and, as always in this region, observe the tremendous tidal differences. The hotel has sufficient parking (though a very narrow opening to get the car through). The warm welcome was also appreciated.
