An excellent host who knows how to handle difficulties with professionalism

I am staying in this beautiful hotel with my wife and, despite a small problem, the staff knew how to make amends with generosity, in particular a big thank you to Louic who understood our situation and who, with a lot of professionalism, pampered us. A special thank you also to the hotel manager.

One more small effort

We hesitated before coming back after a disastrous experience a few years ago.
We requested a renovated room with a sea view.
The decor and amenities are tasteful, in fairly soft tones.
The view is the main asset of this hotel.
Because at the front desk we were greeted by a novice person who directed us to the opposite side of our room. Without an elevator, we covered the distance twice with our luggage.
A few instructions throughout our stay would have been welcome.
The breakfast was okay, nothing more.
The service does not live up to its claims.

Exceedingly expensive for what it is

The location is outstanding, with magnificent views across the bay. After that, it was a bit down hill. Our room was on the ground floor, with access out to a shared terrace. Our room was missing any outside table or chairs, which to be fair was quickly sorted. The room was on the small side and distinctly in need of a bit of refurbishment - the furniture being particularly tatty - one bedside table broken, and the only surface in the room was a tatty little desk. The shower room was of the wet room variety, which meant it was impossible to shower without flooding the entire room.
We had planned to eat in the hotel, but the menu was so limited and so very expensive that we quickly changed our minds. I recommend the Legris next door, but only if you love oysters!
Breakfast was good, but to be honest the cost of a 3 night stay was so high, I doubt we would return.

Perfect!

A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Loïc, Enora, and Océane.
The hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean and very well arranged. A super beautiful view as well, very good insulation. We were able to rest without being disturbed by the noises from the hallways or neighboring rooms.
The restaurant and the breakfast are worth the trip, very hearty, tasty, and reasonably priced.
One feels comfortable in the hotel; it is very cozy and very cute. You can access quite a few walking paths starting from the hotel. Large parking lot to park. The hotel's instructions are clear and appropriate.
We will return; perfect stay, thank you again.

Very disappointing. Very, very expensive for potatoes and vegetables... meat with no flavor at all.

Culinary disaster... Cold appetizer with over an hour wait just for overly salty potatoes. Cold dish, no seasoning. We didn't even have dessert even though they charged us for it on the bill!!! Check carefully before paying!!
