an unforgettable stay

the room is perfect, quiet, breakfast in the dining room of the castle is very good, a pool table in the room next door.
The owners being absent we were received by Helen who was perfect:
she waited for us outside because we were lost, explained the history of the castle, served us a breakfast with a lot of attention and kindness, indicated us a very available mountain bike. Thank you very much, Helen.

A dream stay!!!

We were in heaven, our hosts were charming. We occupied a nicely sized and magnificently decorated room in the castle. The breakfast was just royal with pastries, homemade jams, yogurts made at the castle, tartlets and the cherry on the cake: eggs laid by chickens that run freely on the large castle grounds. We recommend the Château de Pommeuse without hesitation!!!

Magnificent high-end gîte, perfectly and very elegantly restored: comfort, bathrooms in all rooms, fireplace with insert in the main room, lots of little touches, very good products for breakfast.

Delightful place!

This is a little gem of a place. It’s a beautiful and historic building, we had a generous room with a very comfortable bed, our hosts were lovely and we were provided with an amazing breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay.

Rest and relaxation in the most beautiful of surroundings

I thought I was looking for the impossible. A relaxing, luxurious place to stay for the night within one hour of Paris and accessible without a car. I have now found that place!
The stay was absolutely faultless. From the moment I arrived, it was pure luxury. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with a flair that is rarely seen. There was even herbal tea fresh from the garden available. The spa bath was just perfect. It was complete peace and rest. The bed was easily the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
After a very comfortable night's sleep and a morning run came the highlight of the stay: an exquisite breakfast in the most grand of dining rooms. I was treated like a queen. I even had creme brûlée for breakfast! Every manager of a five star hotel should stay here for one night and learn how breakfast is done properly.
The hosts, M. et Mme de Langlois take amazing pride in what they do and did everything possible to make my stay a comfortable one. They even offered to drive me back to the station.
Quite simply, I cannot wait for my next visit!
