Pleasant and relaxing stopover, very warm welcome

Very well slept, good dinner on the terrace, very friendly owners, good welcome, just trying to offer fresh bread in the morning but good pastries for breakfast and a little background music in the morning, parking on site, small quiet village between Vezelay and Avallon
A little expensive but the hotels have all increased

Turn over your jacket

We had planned to make our wedding meal at this establishment in August 2025. We showed up in September 2024 almost a year before and at that time, no worries and we had to come back in early 2025 to see the menu together.
Arrived in February 2025, it was finally impossible for them to receive us. Six months before the wedding, tops.
Thank you for crashing us, it was with pleasure.

bucolic stopover

Very comfortable hotel, super friendly welcome. At the restaurant, a cozy, pleasant and courteous atmosphere. The chef offers elegant and sophisticated cuisine with good local products. I absolutely recommend this place.

Perfect French Logis

Anyone who has been staying in Logis de France for any length of time will know that some of them do not merit their ranking. This is definitely not the case for Les Fleurs. . Madame oversees everything: reception, dining room and, I suspect, kitchen and the service is absolutely impeccable. Our room (6) was fairly spacious, quiet (overlooking the garden) comfortable and spotless. Dinner in the (busy) dining room was extremely good, one of the best we had in Burgundy. There are two fixed price menus, with limited choice, both representing good value for money (the hotel website gives a good indication) The cooking is to a very high standard and the service is friendly and professional. Wine list has a limited number of (mainly local) wines by the glass, and is otherwise comprehensive. Breakfast is varied and similarly excellent value for money (and yes, Madame is in evidence there too!) We would definitely return to Les Fleurs.

A beautifully relaxing Sunday lunch!

Went for Sunday lunch on Mother's Day with our French family. Jacques and Christine are well known here so the service was very relaxed and friendly and the food was superb. The setting al fresco was wonderful and contributed to the lovely ambience and overall tranquillity of the occasion. Would recommend if you are ever in this neck of the woods.We then went on to visit Vezelay which is well worth a visit although unfortunately the Cathedral at the top of the hill was undergoing restoration so was scaffolding clad!
