A little getaway as a couple

We came here last summer, we liked it a lot, and we returned, still as enthusiastic, a calm and relaxing place, and the owners are exceptional with incredible kindness, as well as the staff; kudos to the owner who is the chef of his kitchen; everything is excellent, nothing to complain about, a plus for his rum babas, yum yum

I feast

I have known this institution for over 20 years. This is a good place to eat without a doubt!
The only thing I can blame is that the map never changes. I feel like I've been seeing the same dishes and the same ways for 20 years, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Nevertheless when we go there often it limits quickly!
Special mention to the waitress thank you!

Great place to rest, the cuisine is very good see excellent, the bosses and staff so there it is 10/10 their kindness, friendliness, care, available, the restaurant always full and people coming back so happy they are, the hotel is clean and well kept, we had to leave for personal reasons, but we will return without fail.

Good traditional address

Friendly Welcoming of the boss and especially good traditional cuisine.
An old-fashioned hotel restaurant as there are unfortunately not many in France anymore....

Very simple economy accommodation behind an excellent restaurant

We booked for Saturday to Monday and dined on Saturday - most excellent meal.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening and breakfast is not available on Monday morning so we moved on.
Madame understood our predicament and gave us complimentary aperitifs and a bottle of Cahors wine - which was delicious.
The fish plate was extensive and the confit duck very well presented and accompanied by good vegetables prepared in various ways.
Both our starters of fish soup and fricassee of prawns were very good and plentiful as were our desserts - chocolate mousse very tasty.
