Great stay for a budget price

This was a very reasonable price and for that we got a super clean room. It is old fashioned in decor but the bathroom is large, with lots of hot water for bath and shower, good towels, decent size bedroom with french windows. The breakfast was traditional french with big big cups of coffee. The owners were very accommodating and never stopped working. Would highly recommend for a budget stay.

Wine tasting trip

We stayed in La Truffiere for one night on a wine tasting trip. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and our room clean and comfortable but we felt as though it needed updating. Breakfast was rather smaller than expected but, all in all, it was adequate. Although this hotel is near the main street it was quite a walk to and from the river. Puy l'Eveque didn't appear to have many shops, not that I was particularly interested in shopping, but other visitors may be. It's nicely located in the heart of the Cahors wine region - wonderful!

great food lovely people, New decor has made a big difference.

Have been eating at la triggered for some years now, although it was really lovely food the decor let it down. New owners New decor and good solid menu, lovely now a very good place to enjoy an evening meal. The welcome is very good too.

Super

Super aussi bien la chambre, que l’accueil.
Excellent repas, autant la quantité que la qualité. C’était parfait dans un somptueux décors, avec une magnifique cheminée. Lieu calme malgré la fête des pompiers et le feu d’artifice. Un très jolie village

Simplicité.
Accueil souriant.
Dîner et Petits déjeuners corrects
Chambre propre
TV écran plat
Beaux Alentours
Certainement de beaux lieux à visiter.
Mais juste de passage pour une nuit.
Petit bémol chambre sur rue circulation bruyante tôt le matin.
